WHEN IN DOUBT...PLEASE DON'T!
If you feel the need to promote or post any sort of acknowledgement for working with us..ask Heidi..she will give you the proper format for that..
Thank you for your consideration~

Location, Location, Location:
Often our VIP has a definite location for the FFF to set up, sometimes NOT...

Initially follow their lead. Your VIP surely has a spot set aside for you.
Be sure to have HFFFWW posters link below~ printed especially if you are set up out of site.
It is not good for the FFF or for the potential Clients to not know where we are set up~unless you are there for a specific person/people...you wait for that to unfold.
Call/Text Heidi if you feel you are waiting too long or something seems off. If not placed by our VIP~
My fav place to set up the chair was always somewhere between the road cases, near the catering hall, near Crew by the loading dock, enroute to the bathroom and catering~...Feel out your vortex spot but please make sure not to be in the way!
...set the chair up outside of your room, table will be in the room..if possible in a high traffic area where YOU! the Fabulous Fatigue Fighting can be seen in action...
Feel it out, be visible and invisible at the same time.
The ability and knowledge of where to find that great location and get the word out you are there will develop in time.

Heidi’s Fabulous Fatigue Fighter's Worldwide are patient with themselves, the situation and with those around them~

Things To Note If The FFF Is Given A Room:
Heidi sez...
"A good FFF knows what makes an environment warm, comfortable and welcoming."
How's the lighting?
Shut off the overhead lights? Crack the bathroom door for light?
Is it freezing in there? Stuff the vents with towels?
Subtle scents for warmth and mood. Please no overpowering smells!
No candles with real flame please.
Music is optional.

Supplies:
Viva Papertowels I feel are the best..super soft, durable. Make a nice impression~
Cleanser and Spritz for the face cradle and all parts of the chair or table especially where skin touches~..my mix is 1/3 Bay Rum, just less than 2/3 Alcohol and a bit of distilled water in a spritzer bottle...some FFF's prefer wipes..
Of course do what works for you~
Rosewater..I use Heritage Store Rosewater on the Viva before the Client goes facedown..
Nice to spritz around the room..
I actually spritz the air around the Client as they face me before they leave the room..
Feels like Angels kisses on their face~smells very comforting~

Tips To Break The Ice With The Crew:
Fabulous Fatigue Fighters are generous by nature.
After finding your location, it's a good idea to invite someone to the chair!
Heidi sez, "Warm up those hands on some lucky Guy or Girl!"
A few minutes of massage therapy or a complimentary consultation goes a long way!
The experience of the first person to get good care has the power to set the tone for the entire Event!
Creative, effective, on-purpose technique, a warm spirit and strong hands generally are the key to a positive experience.

Duration And Departues:
There is a potential 'knead' for HFFFWW before, during and after every Event.
The FFF should be prepared to stay for the duration of the Event but is under no obligation to do so.
HFFFWW recommends that you stay until the end of the Event.
Set hours, if required, are determined in advance.
HFFFWW asks that you check in with our VIP before departing the site.
WHO KNOWS!
...our VIP could be trying to make time for a Fabulous Fatigue Fighting experience and just hasn't been able to get away!
Crew, Artists and other backstage support may have limited availability.
Sometimes limited to after the actual event.
Give a last call! Let people know you are getting ready to wrap it up!
Every Event offers a different experience!
Roll with it!
Have fun!

Rewards, Fees, Fee Explanation And Payments:
Payments comes in the form of cash, swipe, PayPal from the Client, some card or bank transfer.
In some cases I pay you~

For most of our shows...
No sheet, tally or formal activity sheet is required. You may wish to keep one for yourself.
Any intake should be short, sweet and verbal unless pre-arranged otherwise..
I simply say.."anything I need to know?..aches, pains, injuries?"..That's it.
Then work accordingly.
...sometimes it makes sense at an Event to have a sign up sheet but often those don't work.
A person signs up, takes the time slot and doesn't show.
I say keep it first come first serve unless there is a more structured approached requested/suggested by the Tour.
Simple and efficient is best.

The 25% fee due here is based on the Total Income Earned, TIE.
Not just the minutes worked.
The fees are based on what is in your pocket when you are done...plain + simple...just tally the income taken in please.
When I started this biz massaging backstage after 1994..I just counted what was in my pocket at the end of the night that was what I earned..it was not until Therapists started mentioning minutes that I realized that they were not understanding the innocence of TIE and thought I was intentionally biting into their gratuities!
Not at all!..I just never looked at gratuities as separate because I was just handed an amount of $$ and that was that!
Our job is to be professional of course but EZ and casual, too.
HFFFWW runs all on the honor system.
We really have no way of knowing how much you have earned.
I never know what I will earn either.
...a big part of the goal for you and I is to have and maintain a likemindedness.

Why are we doing this?
#1 being to provide care to those who need it most and rarely are thought of...The Crew!
Watching the clock for time is not a big deal for me and I feel takes away from the kinder and gentler approach vibe that I like and HFFFWW
is known and loved for.
Yes of course, keep the session in the range of the time the Client asked for but making it obvious, that we are being very strict with minutes massaging in my mind just breaks the beauty.
We as Fabulous Fatigue Fighters give from the heart and for the joy and goodness of the care with the by-product being dollar bills handed to you.
This is not your full time job, it will not pay the bills...it's a fun thing that you chose to do because you had the time.
I have learned that so many Spa's, Health Clubs, offices that offer massage are so by the book and structured that every minute counts for $$. I understand, but that is not us.
When a Practitioner is introduced to HFFFWW's system.
One which lacks structure, lacks set income and has fees due.
Misunderstandings and resentments arise.
I would like to avoid that.
Have heard 1 too many times that a Mth has given up work, had expenses, lost $$..
Do not volunteer to do this unless you are totally clear on the whys, hows and fees.
This is all very innocent..the 25% fee is low and based on Total Income Earned...all is on the honor system.
We just want to feel good, make others feel good and develop trusting relationships. You too?

PLEASE EMAIL HEIDI AT heidisworld137@aol.com AFTER THE EVENT!

Follow Up here.

No later than the next day, please. Sundays are ok too!
Following up promptly is very important and most appreciated. This minor, but very important detail will help HFFFWW give the next FFF more confidence and better tools with which to work.
Prompt and accurate feedback serves to troubleshoot any issues that may need to be addressed for upcoming shows and Events.

The FFF will be asked questions like:
How was it?
How many received care?
Any aches, injuries, incidents the next FFF should be aware of?
Did you have a good time?
Where did you set-up?
What time did you arrive?...Depart?
Can you offer any helpful tips to enhance the next FFF experience?
What was your total income earned?

Please remember to always put your best foot forward.
Be friendly, leaving those around you with a positive impression.
Offer a kind, generous and true nature to those with whom you are spending time.
Beyond the basic protocol, let common sense, respect for others and good judgment be your guide.
Our goal is to work with the intention of creating and maintaining a win/win situation.
This is not just a job for HFFFWW LLC, it's a commitment.
Heidi's Fabulous Fatigue Fighters Worldwide LLC is proud to work with outstanding, loyal, powerful and effective men and women, who with grace, fairness, determination and understanding, make a difference in the lives of others and each other.
Thank you for sharing yourselves, your talents and your time... lh

Go Placidly...
Desiderata
Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
and listen to others,
even the dull and the ignorant;
they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons,
they are vexations to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others,
you may become vain and bitter;
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs;
for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
many persons strive for high ideals;
and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself.
Especially, do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love;
for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is as perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years,
gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline,
be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be,
and whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful.
Strive to be happy.
